Had a lovely day checking off all the touristy stuff in Ubud and the surrounding villages. Antik was a great driver, photographer, and guide.

This 9 hour trip was a great experience, and we had a wonderful day. Chepot taught us many interesting things about coffee, rice and fruits. Chepot is a great guide with a lot of knowledge about the history of Bali, and you should certainly not hesitate to ask curious questions during the day. Most of the stops are short drives from each other, and the only long drive (1.5 hour) was to the lunch place that has a view of the volcano. If one or more of the stops seem less interesting it is possible to skip them, and spend more time on the other great stops on the tour.

Bonus info: Chepot cares about the photos he takes and what the backgrounds look like. We now have a great collection of memories from this trip 🙂

At first, I was skeptical about this tour company but I’m glad we booked with them! Mr. Anta was our amazing tour guide and sooooooo nice. Very calm vibe and friendly!

Mr. Anta was absolutely patient with us during each stop. As tourists, we got a bit carried away with time at a few locations, especially the coffee plantation and the silver/jewelry shop. He was informative and answered our questions to the best of his ability. And most importantly, he’s a good driver, lol. Many of the streets around the villages are even more narrow than most areas in Bali but Mr. Anta did great at maneuvering the vehicle. This is one tour that we really enjoyed especially because of the monkey forest and rice terrace + swing. We were slightly nervous during tour time at the monkey forest but Anta made us feel very comfortable to the point of posing with a monkey sitting on our laps! How exciting! Thank you Anta! Will definitely book again!

I messaged via whatsapp to originally enquire and had nothing but fantastic and prompt communication from initial contact.

Our trip was tailored to our needs and we were informed the night before that our driver would be Margot.

Margot was great, he is knowledgable, flexible, has a great sense of humour and took care of everything.

We had a day trip from Bukit to Ubud and were planning to set off at 7am but Margot arrived early with a big smile so we got on the road. He gave us a run down of our rather ambitious schedule (that we had requested – markets, temple, monkey forest, coffee plantation, rice fields and waterfall), so we knew what to expect and which order. We passed the time before our first stop comparing living costs between Australia and Bali.

We managed to tick off a silver market (including watching it be made), batik market and a temple before the children’s impatience had us piling in the car as quickly as possible and setting off for the monkey forest. It was a big hit with the children (and adults). Margot made sure we understood the rules, and we and the children felt safe around the monkeys.

The rain set in not long after we left the monkey forest so we decided to pull the pin on the remaining items as the children were ready for some lunch and down time.

Without missing a beat Margot told us to take our time over lunch and he would just be on standby once we had finished exploring the local shops. He made sure before setting off we could contact him.

After a few hair braids, and foot massages for all and yet more rain we messaged Margot and he came and got us. We slowly bunny hopped our way home via a supermarket and toilet stops for the children with Margot patiently waiting every step of the way.

A great day had by all, and we are very thankful for Margot’s patience with our tiring children (even when ours was wearing thin).

Would 100% recommend and use this company again, and ask for Margot to be our driver.

Our driver Antik picked us up from our hotel promptly to start our day. We requested a change in the itinerary which he was very accommodating of and was happy to suggest an alternative. Antik was very informative of each place we visited and so polite and helpful at every location. He was a great photographer and gave us ample time to explore each location. I would really recommend this company and guide/driver for your trip to Bali.

Amazing day spent exploring some fabulous sites in beautiful Bali. We visited traditional clothing and gold & silver sites followed by a tour of an amazing Hindu temple. We had a great time in the Monkey sanctuary, followed by lunch overlooking Mount Batur – amazing! We visited a wonderful coffee plantation where I tried Luwak coffee (fermented in wild cat poo!) It’s the most expensive coffee in the world! Finished the day visiting beautiful Tegenungan Waterfall. An amazing day totally made special by our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Margot. He looked after us all day, taking amazing photos and ensuring we had the best experience at each site we visited. A lovely lovely man who made our day and left us with memories we will cherish. The most amazing day! My driver was Arya and he was nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend this tour. I loved all of the stops so hard to pick a favourite.
