What a fantastic tour
The tour was brilliant, thank you to Pakis (our guide), he was excellent, his experience was appreciated and taught us a lot about the Balinese culture, top tour, really enjoyed it, we got to see all the major sites, including swimming at the waterfall, lunch was excellent and the view of the volcano was excellent, definitely recommended

Briliant Bali Family Day Out
What an excellent package! Everything was taken care of by our wonderful local tour guide/driver Mr Arya. From the prompt hotel pick up, the amazing range of Balinese art and craft tours, to the hindu temple, unique monkey forest experience, spectacular rice fields of Ubud, picturesque views of Mount and Lake Batur, and a relaxing tea and coffee tasting. if you only have one day in Bali, do this tour. Ask for Pak Arya and you will be treated to a friendly, thoughtful, and informative day to remember.
Arlan made our day trip amazing
This day trip makes you feel like you’ve had a taste of the real Balinese culture and history. Our guide Arlan was kind and helpful and gave us great background and insight. I highly recommend this trip and in particular Mr Arlan.
Definitely 5 stars (after thinking twice ;))
When I started to write this review I was decided to give this tour an average 3-star rating. Then I realized I’d fallen into the same trap as many times before. We are travelers who have visited many many countries and sometimes we unintentionally start to compare the places we’ve seen. But that’s a nonsense. You simply cannot compare waterfalls in Bali with Niagara Falls in US or Angel Falls in Venezuela. You can’t compare temples in Bali with those in India or Tibet. If you do, you’ll never be able to say “wow” again. Bali is Bali and this tour should be rated relatively to other tours offered here. Looking at it this way, this is a 5-star tour. 🙂
Why? It was all about the driver and guide in one person, Rudi. He’s a nice and friendly guy and his services are spotless. He came for us on time in a perfectly clean and comfortable car, his English was good, he gave us enough information about every place we were visiting and he was even able to adapt the tour to our needs. He was the one who made me to think of the tour again and finally give it 5 stars. Great job, Rudi. 😉
Amazing experience
Arlan was wonderful! He met us in the lobby (on time!…which was amazing!) and told us all about the day ahead as soon as we started driving. He was informational and kind. He was all smiles and our son adored him (Arlan doted on him all day). He gave us water and snacks and made sure we were happy the whole day. The only irritating thing wasn’t Tour Bali related, but tourist related.
Side note; if you feel it’s appropriate to spray mosquito spray in a restaurant (even open air with a breeze), you should stay home (I’m talking to the vapid video bloggers at the Indo restaurant). Learn some manners.
That said, I made them aware of their disrespect and went on our merry way with our guide. Such a pleasant day…wish we had more time in Bali!
